Problems can arise. You may ask without any doubts! It is sometimes too difficult for the both sides, as there are different habits, needs and modes of behaviour. However, on the other hand, it is very interesting, what can be of a great importance especially for the children and their development.

Should the au pair´s behaviour be unbearable any more then there exist two-sided termination terms of 2 weeks. In such a case we shall do our best in order to find for you a new au pair as soon as possible.

However, everyone should be aware of that that any problem can be solved and that the au pair need not be exchanged immediately after the first problem.
